The best scrub to oils ratio
The best. Of course the scent is down to whatever is your favourite but I have not found another brand of scrub that has just the right amount of scrub to oils ratio.

Stuck with a defective product
I was really excited to try this going by the reviews but when it got here it was really runny and gloopy, like it had been stored improperly and dissolved. Following the advice of re mixing the product before use, it remained runny and an odd texture. I've tried to contact the rituals amazon store with no success and when I did so through the listing amazon have automated it as a return and automatically sent me a new one, stating ill be charged for the replacement if i dont return the defective item, even though they don't accept returns on opened skin/body products in my experience. The Rituals whatsapp team were helpful but they're saying they don't have an order on their end for my address so this can't be a proper rituals store and that they can't assist me further. I'm very confused and disappointed, and unable to enjoy the product I bought.I recommend anyone looking to purchase rituals items do so from the official website.
