Great Stollen
I consider myself to be a pretty good baker and have made stollen on several occasions. This stollen is the best I've tasted. It's packed with fruit and is quite tender. The red package that comes with it contains some sort of topping. Unfortunately, the directions are in German. The stollen already has a lllight white sugar topping so I figure I don't need the stuff in the red package.
