It smelled so wonderful and tasted delicious.For my mother, Christstollen will always have a deep connection to her mother at Christmas. The bread keeps the warm memories of her and the spirit of Christmas alive. Stollen is more than a labor of love ... The love of Christ, baby Jesus, is in that bread. First had this specific Dresdner by Emil Reiman in Dresden several years ago. It is head and shoulders way above any one brand I had found in stores. Will definitely order one again ---will be third year in a row from Amazon.

I have tried various types of Stollen and this one is the best. It has a very rich flavor and it isn't dried out like some of the Stollen I have tried.
