At this time, our full 12 piece burger set is not available as an offering on Amazon. We only offer our singles and 2-packs.

Q: How do I order the burger patty? Other reviews state they are getting other pieces and not the patty

Thanks for reaching out. We have worked hard on our Stretcheez products to let customers know that these are “collectible” items. There are multiple versions of each and there is no guarantee which you will receive. Customers likely expected to receive one of the 12 versions received a different one. Some have beef patties and some are “vegetarian” / other and do not have patties. You may contact us via your Amazon Order and we can see about getting a missing part.

Q: Can these be rinsed off after collecting lint etc?

Yes, the material is such to where you can rinse it off.

Q: I notice the color change on the buns it’s more orang instead of brown how can I get a brown color bun? Also how can I get the other foods?

The buns are only offered in one color so it is going to favor the lighter color over a more brown like you mention. These are "collectibles" so there are a total of 12 burgers you can collect. We offer single, 2 packs, and 4 packs if you are looking for variety but there is no option to select which one you want.
