Bought this kind of as a joke and didn't realize how much laughter we are going to have. Should have ordered new underwear because I pee myself. So much laughing so hard. The little guy plays with his thing non-stop. We don't get any sleep now, but it's hard to be upset at a 3-month-old puppy that has discovered something that he enjoys just as much as running around outside and terrorizing the cat.I didn't really buy it as a gift for anybody other than maybe a gift for our entertainment. So I don't know how giftable this thing would be. But if you had somebody that had a small dog and you gifted it to them, you would forever be their friends. Trust me.And at this point the price wasn't even part of the consideration and purchasing it. We were more or less obsessed with not getting any sleep anymore and peeing ourselves so many times from laughing.I did have to make one change to it though. It does come apart rather easily and with a small dog that loves to shake the snot out of stuff I was afraid that it would come apart and the little flashy thing that's inside of it would come out and he would swallow it. So we did remove that and we just kind of keep an eye on him but he has yet to get it to come apart. So I did subtract one star for that if they could have somehow have made it. So once you pushed it together, it wouldn't come apart again. Or maybe heat welded the plastic together so you couldn't come apart

I picked this out for our dogs at the winter holiday. My kids love it. My husband now randomly hides it from the dogs. It is so loud and horrible. It’s everything I hope for. Be aware the head does come off easily and the rubber is quite chewable, so make sure you don’t leave it with your pups unattended.

I ordered the 2-pack because of the value. I received ONE, not two items- and according to Amazon that shipment is complete, so it’s like paying more but getting less. Yay! :/ This item is not typical squeaky rubber chicken material. It’s a thicker, more dense plastic which means a few different things for me and my dog. To start that means it doesn’t meet expectations but first it’s not very squeaky. It does squeak but it’s not the “make Georgie howl like an alien” or “bring joy to donkeys” squeak (IYKYK). It’s a pathetic singular short whine. Less fun. The material is painted. There are paint chips (that I just discovered and I do not want my dog eating paint chips so this will go in the trash before he eats them). Lastly, due to the nature of the material being stiffer, for my dog it’s more about gnawing on it (poor chicken already lost his beak) and less about the shaking, throwing and noise-making fun that is a normal squeaky chicken. To summarize even if this purchase was not a scam, it’s not something I’d let my dog ingest and it’s not entertaining.

Overall, the chickens were fine. They are textured and squeaky. But within the first day my 35 lb pup had removed the head and chewed it to pieces. I wouldn't recommend for larger dogs. Maybe ok for a Pom or Chihuahua.

I bought it for my 5-year-old’s birthday. He loves it, along with all the kids. It makes a nice loud honk noise when you squeeze it. It has held up after almost a year, respectable. The head does come off but is easy to put back on. Fun toy, recommended. Although my wife gets annoyed sometimes and hides it.

Very hard plastic. Not quite what I expected. Dog not at all interested so far.

Hugely hilarious! People do not often say thanx, because too busy to write. My folks I sent these to could not say thanx because they were laughing too hard.Then they couldn't say thanx enough.Good value; fast service; great vendor.

Bought it to go with the Halloween costume that I wore. "Steve Martin"Complete with the arrow through the head. :)So, yeah, it was great...Until my German Sheppard discovered it.
