Q: What is a wall thickness of silicon and the bottom mat thickness?

The silicon cups and the felt pads are about 2mm each in thickness. They have not split or moved on the chair legs and the pads are intact with no sign of becoming detached after nearly 6 months of daily use.

Q: Can you use these on Amtico flooring

They will protect Mon carpeted floors from scratches but not from dents caused by heavy furniture.

Q: These are listed as "round" Is there a specific square one or does round fit both?

Mine are both round and square and fit both. Some of mine are overstretched and have split but even then they are fine for a while. I got a big bag so replace occasionally. Good item I think . Just some of my chairs have very wide legs.

Q: Is it suitable for hot climate

I would imagine they would work perfectly in a hot climate. Having been using them for getting on for a year mine now need replacing as they now fall off when the chair is moved. The chair legs are round with a bulb mid protector and as such they aren't a perfect fit.
