Thought of trying this, as I had been having insomnia for a while. My sleep cycle had gone for a toss. I had been using this since more than a week now. For the first 4 days it worked and then I don’t know what happened I couldn’t fall asleep. I would yawn but never fall asleep. So I am unsure if this will help me normalize my sleep cycle.
