These are your typical food service caps in quality build, not amazing but not sloppy or have any errors/holes/issues -- seem very serviceable, it's just they just run a little small. I do have a larger head (usually large hats, trucker hats on the last two notches, IIRC 7 3/4 hat size for a fitted baseball cap) -- these fit me tight, without using the velcro tab (in fact i just cut that off since otherwise it'll hang) --i'll give these two washings and they Will be too small. so, word of warning large heads, lol!

I wear this hat every day. They are light weight and my head doesn’t get hot. They also wash and dry well. I have thick hair and this hat is almost to big. if you have a larger head, these will be perfect! If not, they will fit loosely. I work in a kitchen and have no problems with this hat sliding or falling even though it is not snug on my head.

Velcro is not long enough for adjustment. Net fabric is weak, it can rip off easily.
