Rancho Gordo Beans Forever!
In our house, we're bean fiends. We eat beans 2-3 times a week in soups, chili, or as a main course with ham hocks. Before, we had bought rock-hard who-knows-how-old grocery store dried beans. These revolutionized our bean game! They seem to be really fresh, so they don't need as much soaking, and they're resistant to becoming mushy if overcooked. They always seem to have the perfect, velvety texture. They're not the cheapest beans, but they're well worth it. This four-pack lasts us about a month eating bean-based dishes a few times a week.

BEST beans. They cost the same here as they do in-person at their store, but without the hassle of having to go to the store – so, great deal! Simmer them up with some olive oil, carrot/onion/garlic/celery and aromatics...great dinner!

Finally.
Finally. Been wanting to replicate a bean soup I had in a San Antonio restaurant. Cooking these with the olive oil and salt (as per the package) and only adding one jalapeño as my vegetable produced the soup I had loved. How simply too. These beans are now my favorite. Thanks Rancho Gordo.

Five Stars
Amazing texture and taste. Needed hardly any seasoning and yet tasted fantastic. Certainly worth it.

Expensive, but worth it
These are so yummy. Cooked in an electric pressure cooker with no seasoning. They are so good--almost sweet. My grandkids eat them cold by the handful.

These are wonderful! I used them in my ham & bean soup, baked smokey bean casserole & refried them for burritos. They are so versatile. I will buy them again.
