Not suitable outside US
Ordered and shipped to UAE (it came up on search in UAE, but it didn’t state country of origin). When arrived realised it had American plug and was 110v 60Hz, not suitable for 220-240v 50Hz supplies, so had to return at huge cost. The Kitchenaid manual actually states not for use outside USA, so why sell it abroad? Thankfully got reimbursements but only after 2 weeks of hassle with vendor and Amazon. Vendor tried to convince me to buy a step down transformer, but for the power of the machine, it would have required something almost industrial sized and expensive!
