This company stands behind their product. Period.
First of all, I'm not a big review writer, and certainly not for something as basic as zip ties for goodness sake… but here I am taking the time to write a review because I believe companies that stand behind their products and who have excellent customer relations need to be acknowledged.I've ordered a bunch of these USA Strong zip ties over the past two years in every size they make. They're super super tough and have performed exceptionally for me. I think you could zip tie a house together with these things in a pinch, lol.Anyway, I had a mystery problem with a batch of year old 12" & 15" ties that I kept stored in a closet inside my house. I keep almost all of my zips in my garage shop, but these bags were kept inside… and for whatever bizarre reason both of these bags failed. They somehow became brittle. I can't explain it. I double checked my stock in the shop (which is from a separate order), and even though those ties are older and it's super cold in the shop right now they were totally fine, pliable, and not dried out at all.So either there was a fluke in this batch of problem ties or there was something strange going on in that closet. Oddly, I'm thinking there was something weird in the closet.Anyway, without making this review insanely long, I reached out to the company. I got a response immediately even though it was New Year's weekend. This was my first indication of the type of company I was dealing with.I explained my issue to Dean (who I assume is the owner) and sent some photos. He said that while zip ties will eventually "dry out" in any temps outside of room temperature, it certainly shouldn't happen in a year, and not in a closet (this has been my experience even with super cheap imported zip ties). He didn't hem and haw or anything. He didn't ask for more proof. He just said he wanted to make it right and sent out a bunch of fresh ties. The ties showed up and work as I expect them to--which is to say, they're great. The ones out in my shop are also working great. The ones that were in that closet have been trashed. So here's the thing: these are excellent, heavy duty ties. They're USA made. They're expensive, sure, but this company stands behind their product no questions asked. This isn't the norm these days, and I will ALWAYS go out of my way to support a company that backs their products like this company does… and I would like to suggest that maybe you should too.

The Unzip and Breakable Tie
Well, you would have thought that these heavy duty zip ties would stay zipped. If so, you would be wrong. Several of these ties came undone after hanging a livestock panel to the gate. We used a zip tie for every two feet across and down. That wasn't good enough for these overpriced zip ties. Junk, unless you are using the to strap very light paper products.UPDATE: I have attached a picture of some recent failures that have not failed on the zip lock, but rather the strap breaking. I thought that these ties would be better than HF and they are not. These ties are not exposed to the sun so there should be no excuse for the breakage like what is shown in the photo. The company offered a refund, but when I accepted, I didn't get one. I guess that it was just a bs offer. Amazon said since they didn't ship I could not return them under their policy and I had to go through the seller. I agree with Amazon, however, the company didn't stand by the product, or offer to refund/replace.

Very inferior product - should be better being made in the USA
My husband purchased these mainly because they are made in the USA.They are very brittle and break at least every third one.Very inferior product - should be better being made in the USA.

These zip-ties are EXTREMELY brittle and break VERY easily.
These zip-ties are EXTREMELY brittle and several broke instantly upon being bent just a little bit (see photo which shows where they break). I had to be extremely careful when using them because they snap in two so easily, and I have zero faith that the few I used will hold up. I plan to replace the ones I used with a high quality zip-tie. These were a complete waste of money, but more importantly, they were a waste of my time.

I really like these zip ties
I really like these zip ties. I had to find a way to attach fencing to my deck railing. They had to be able to withstand UV rays and freezing temperatures. Sun is on the deck all afternoon in the summer and we live at about 5000’ elevation in the Sierras so we get snow and lots of freezing weather. After reading reviews on other zip ties, I was concerned that some might not work or would break easily. All the zip ties I used so far are very strong and go together perfectly. I have only just put them out so am unable to say how they last but I am sure they will as heavy as they are.

Not very thick
These seemed as thick as regular zip ties - much thinner than the 120 lb tensil strength we were out of. Did'nt feel strong. The other brand was usa made as well, but was bought from a fence mesh manufacturer. These were once inch longer, which I thought would be great, but they were just too flimsy.

Strong zip ties
I plan on using these to shore up a large section of plastic trellis along side my carport. It was screwed in originally, but because of the position of the carport, I can't fix where it's come loose with the other panels in place, so these zip ties will attach it to the carport support posts, and hopefully make through a few summers in the heat without breaking.

Good Zip Ties
I use Zip ties all the time on my little hobby farm and it was good to see that these were nice and thick. I find it hard to find good zip ties in the local stores and was thrilled when these showed up in the mail. They were cheap, included more than I use in a year, and were well made. I will definitely buy more in the future
