Shoes were a bit tight for the size. I always use the same size and they fit to snug

I wear a size 10 in women and my feet are narrow. However, these shoes are very tight on my feet. I would suggest going up a size.

The shoe's style was very nice on foot, but it was too small. My all shoes are 9, but this felt like 8. Unfortunately larger size was not available to order.The issue lies with Amazon. I returned the item and completed the return process. However, after a month, I received an email from Amazon, asking me to return the item again; otherwise, they threatened to charge me for the previously returned item. I made numerous attempts to contact them, but none of the agents seemed responsible or willing to help. It took several frustrating calls before I finally found an agent who could shed some light on what had happened.

Very elegant and comfortable. I gave it 4 stars because I ordered size 39.5 instead I received 9.5 US which was too big
