Kinetik(HC600-BLU) Black Power Cell Battery

This is a great battery, this is replacing a identicle battery I've had as a second battery for an audio system installed since 2014. The only reason I need a replacement is not because my current battery died, as it still sits at 12.75 volts. I was installing in new vehicle and dropped the current battery on driveway and the negative terminal is a bit loose. If it wasn't for that, I'd need no replacement.This new battery came resting at a perfect 12.83volts. perfectly healthy and good to go.The reason I see people say these batteries "die" or " are " way low" on voltage after a couple months when used as a secondary battery in an audio system, is because under hood they still have flooded leas acid (wet or regular battery). You can not mix agm and wet batteries, bad the wet batteries sit at a lower voltage, around 12.3-12.5 volts or less. When these are hooked up together in parallel, the front wet battery will drain the rear in an attempt to balance voltage. That's why these don't last in some people's installs.You have to have an agm Underwood as well. It doesn't have to be a kinetic brand, any old agm will do from Duracell, duralast to xs power

I always opted for a compact battery style capacitor versus the tall can style this little battery is very powerful and definitely serves it's purpose this is my third one different cars heavy equipment and this thing wired right holds up for years

The battery came charged voltage was 13.3 It’s nice and small this thing can even start your car if you want it to but I bought this for a stereo system it did the job how it’s supposed to my Jeep JL headlights aren’t dimming when the bass hits. Great affordable battery I would buy again. I also built a battery box for it so it stays in place while I drive around and I sprayed Bedliner spray paint for it.

These batteries are great! I replaced my stock 675CCA battery with one of these and it was able to start and run great. I had 2 so I stacked them for additional capacity for the stereo. No light flicker, no issues starting. Also, 2 of these was still 5lbs lighter than my stock battery. Every pound counts right? The only issue I have was with fitment. I didn't expect it to fit directly but I thought they would be a little taller. I had to make a small wood block about 1.5" tall to raise them up a bit so the hold down would actually work. Also I bought SAE terminal adaptors which fit thread wise but I had to take the positive terminal to the grinder at the base to create a single flat edge to clear the plastic next to the terminal.

The media could not be loaded. Works great added as a second battery to my car audio I'm running 3750 rms on 2 Memphis mojo 15"s and a Memphis m6 15" stopped my voltage drop no more dim lights great battery. Was dropping into the 10.6 volt area now lowest is 13.3...

Kinetik has to be one of the best car audio batteries for the price, the price of this battery is relatively cheap compared to other batteries in it's class. I purchased this battery from Ace Comp Solutions, they had a little delay in my order but once they shipped out the battery I got it in no time. I would recommend this battery to anyone looking to purchase a secondary battery for their sound system, as this one helps with dimming of the lights. The size of the battery is somewhat small, which is good because it can be stores in compact spaces in the trunks of cars. This is my second Kinetik product and I cannot emphasize enough what it means to have a good quality battery to help with electrical drops and energy draw.

This battery helps but my headlights still dim. I'd say this battery took care of 75% of the dimming. Not sure if I should just get a huge battery or buy more of this one. Running about 1000 watts on an oldschool sub amp (probably draws more power than newer amplifiers).UPDATE: After 1 year of use, I'm fairly certain this battery is on its way out. It's not holding a charge for very long anymore. My headlight dimming is almost completely back. Was a good battery while it lasted but I am very disappointed it didn't last longer.

Excellent battery. Compact size allows fitment just about anywhere. Much more powerful than I had expected. I ordered 2 for my commuter and will be ordering more for the rest of my vehicles.

This battery is the best thing since sliced bread. Works so much better than getting a power capacitor for my sound system. Oh by the way if you are thinking of getting this then just buy it don't give it a second thought you will not regret it.

Very happy. Both came with an acceptable charge. Perfect size to fit any vehicle.

I've used an 800 before as my primary battery in my /race street car (1.5JZ Cressida) with no issues. I actually thought it was great! So i purchased another kinetik for my current car (Aristo 2JZ-GTE) and accidentally purchased this 600. It is definitely inadequate and has a hard time cranking the motor for any extended amount of time. If you have the ignition on doing any tuning or ecu adjustments the battery will quickly be too low to properly start the car. I feel the 600 is best used as an aux battery (intended purpose) or only in a race car that technically requires a battery.
