Q: Im a size 16 would this fit me?

The elastic on skirt is not that "binding" type--so I would think so. I am an 8/10 and my friend is like a 14/16 and we both tried it on and did fine. I'm not very tall -- an even 5', but she's 5'6"...so I wear the waist up higher, and for her it's about 4 in or so above the knee (but of course can be pulled little lower below waist depending on look you are going for). Hope that helps.

I think this would work great for her. To be honest I bought this for my dog to be a flower girl at my wedding. I like it because the elastic around the waist isn't too tight. The lining of the skirt is satin or something similar so it's very smooth and comfortable
