Well it did not help my five year old oranda,he is still alive, but upside down. The medication did,not affect the other fish. To be honest I tried every possible cure now and must face the possibillity that the fish is beyond cure.

Was hoping this would cure, it did not
I've got a 3.5inch (nose-to-anus) fan-tail goldfish who's been battling swim bladder disease for months. Saw this med, thought I'd try it. She's been in a rehab tank, closely monitored water, 50% WCs every-other day — adding this to her water per directions. Nothing, no improvement whatsoever. Very disappointed. I wish the manufacturer had some online help/assistance, no such luck. They're vague instructions leave you guessing if you've done everything correctly.

Be Careful with this Product!
Double check your dosage, it killed our fish! One fish was sick and it was a last effort, but when added to the tank of the healthy fish, as instructed, it died within 20 min. It does have warnings about containig Formeldyhide but it's not suitable for tanks smaller than 10 gallons. Be careful with this product!

Did not work
I have used a lot of aquarium medications in the past and most have worked for me... this one did not. I always test my water before using anything just to make sure I'm not finger pointing if it does not work. A lot of aquarium medications get negative reviews because people expect them to work even if there are underlying problems caused by bad water quality.
