The item was exactly as described and I was pleased the advice to make sure the plug to the sewing machine was correct saved me a lot of aggravation. It fit perfectly, works great, and saved me a lot of money not having to purchase a new machine.

While the shape of the plug fits a brother XL 2600i, the interior sockets are too small. In other words, I can plug it in but only partially. Seems well made.

I was ready to use my serger again only to find I was missing this very important part!When the pedal arrived I plugged it into the machine without issue and was able to use my machine same as it worked with the factory pedal.As far as durability it looks very similar to the original so I think it should hold up fine.Bottom line- the pedal is quality and compatibile with my listed machine, for a good price with fast shipping. Just buy it already 😊

I teach Family and Consumer Science and as we have replaced our old sewing machines with Janome student machines, some of our pedals will quit working. I found these and purchased one to make sure that it would work with our machines, and thankfully it did! We just purchased 10 more so that we have replacements when needed. Have you ever tried being the only teacher in a room while teaching 21 thirteen year old students how to sew? If not... you should, it’s an experience! 😊 So it’ll be nice to have extra pedals when needed!

I’m sure this would have worked out fine but it didn’t fit my model of sewing machine. Returned without issue...

This pedal works great with my Janome machine. Speed control and start is smooth and predictable. The fact it is electronic based, makes it more desirable, as opposed to old style electro-mechanical types. The price is reasonable.

A perfect fit for my Janome Decore Excel 5018. It was a very sentimental machine given to me by my aunt and this fit perfectly and has saved my sewing machine!
