I don't normally leave reviews. It is even more rare that I leave a positive 5 Star review, but in the case of this tube I just had to. I am beyond impressed with this tube. My hope was that it would last the night, but it not only lasted but it lived to fight another day!I manage a youth group that consists of mostly junior high boys. If you have ever seen a group of boys this age together they are anything but gentle. We were tubing down a rather steep hill that actually had some weeds poking up through. I thought for sure we would be sliding down with flat tubes within minutes. I was wrong. I bought two of these tubes and they BOTH help up for the hour or so that we were tubing. Not only were we tubing over somewhat dense weeds/thickets, the kids decided to build a jump (go figure). The tubes survived the jump! Oh, and to make things even worse, there were some logs just past the jump that the kids started to slide up on top of as the trail got faster.These tubes were the best ones of the night. They were fast and very durable.One other thing to note, it has a VERY high quality valve. It's not just your usual pinch and hold. It is a wide opening that is actually a one way valve. I did not expect this though it was probably in the description. You can easily inflate this with your mouth or with a pump.Very impressed with how both the tubes held up.

The very first time sliding down on the snow it got punctured by a small root. The patch included in the package worked well to fix it, but you really have to make sure the surface you're sliding on is smooth. Also, It didn't inflate as a perfect disk. It was crooked. I gave it 3 stars because it does slide really well on the snow and the kids didn't mind that it wasn't perfect. I expected more for the money.

Quite small if you're at all over 5 ft. But if you can figure out how to contort yourself a bit, it's quite fast & fun once the snow is packed. Used so far for about 3 hrs & it held up very well. We live on a rocky hill & a few rocks ended up getting exposed through the snow after some time. Although we did our best to avoid them, it's of course hard to control a snow tube, & some of the rocks found it. But although it ended up with some scrapes on the bottom, there were surprisingly still no punctures. Would be perfect if it were bigger, but overall great fun. Lightweight & easy to carry back up the hill. Easy to inflate- my 16 year old inflated it easily with his breath within just a few minutes. Used by 3 people, height from 5'3"-6'3" & weight from 120-180. I, hubby, & teenage son all enjoyed it.

None of these types of products seem to be "Made like they used to be". I had high hopes for this one since it was more expensive than what I usually spend on these since they pop so quickly. Sure enough, the first time my 40 pound 7 year old used it, it popped on her. We were able to repair the hole, but come on, the FIRST time she used it!?!? We live in New England, these are meant for SNOW...why is it popping after ONE time!? It isn't just this one either, every tube we have purchased in the past two years has popped after being used one time, but I usually only spend less than $10.

This snow tube is great. My husband kept giving me a hard time about using an air tube on ice and in the snow. We have a road in our neighborhood that closes whenever it snows. It was covered in ice and we used this tube to go down it for hours. It took a lot of abuse and held up nicely. We've gotten a good 8 or 9 hours in with it so far this winter. Everyone wanted to use this one because it was much faster than anything else on the hill.

This is the bomb! I got my grandkids each one and they are in heaven. The tubes slide really fast and are excellent for their age - 8 & 10. It was very easy to inflate and the handles seem substantial. They spent hours outside using these sleds. Great purchase.

Prepare to be the slowest kid on the hill with this sled. I purchased this several months ago in preparation for winter and, after getting my first opportunity to try it yesterday, I am very disappointed. Stick with a simple plastic sled and you'll be much better off.On the plus side, if you have a pool, it would probably be great as a pool toy.

This would not remain inflated at all, though we couldn't locate any leaks anywhere. Furthermore, when inflated, it wanted to curl up into a "U" shape, which made it hard to get on or run smoothly in the snow. I've had lots of snow tubes over the years, and this one's the worst I've ever had.
