Good tumble, very happy with purchase

We bought this dryer then went on holiday. On returning we found that when drying machine would give a single long beep and then flash all the LEDs 13 times. I found the Candy/Hoover (now a Chinese company) repair service and they sent a guy out who told me that this was a new machine from China and had not seen it before. He stripped it down as you can see from the photograph and still couldn’t find the problem. He had to order a spare part from abroad – the whole circuit board inside was faulty??Hats off to Amazon, although it was beyond the 28 days return they gave me a full refund and collected the dryer. Although some people don’t like Amazon, this is a very good reason for purchasing expensive things from them. Avoid this tumble dryer.

Like everything about this dryer so far

Delivery service ok, but when we put in clothes to dry there was some knocking noise when tumbling. Thinking it was the clothes causing noise we continued to end of cycle. When we tried the machine without any clothes inside it still made the knocking noise. It also happened when turning drum by hand.Another poor quality machine made outside of UK.Convoluted returns system but at least Amazon are picking it up and refunding.
