Mr Hobbs has always made a good toaster and this particular one is great. The toast is nice evenly toasted and the pop-up when its done is smooth and not too powerful that the toast ends up in orbit. The Tray collects the crumbs. Only downside is it does not talk, but some might see that as a bonus. I would recommend this fine product by Mr Hobbs any day now.

Generally very happy with the toaster. The function is great although hot cross buns do get stuck easily. This may not be an issue for everyone. My only slight gripe is that the white plastic knobs look a bit cheap in contrast to the metal but that's just a personal aesthetic thing.Otherwise, easy to use, feels good quality and generally good value for money.

I like this toaster, good variation on settings and looks very nice. Good value as well.

Russell hobbs are an iconic British brand according to their website.Upon opening toaster noticed a big label in the base stating it was made in China. Disappointed that this iconic British brand (that's what's stated on their website!' is really just a name these days. Its a good toaster but the buttons on the front feel cheap and nasty
