Leather is attractive and durable. It is comfortable. To me that is most important.Good style.

I love these shoes. They're exactly the style and feel I was looking for. I like how they're slightly higher than a regular Oxford shoe, but not boot height either...kind of a mid-height that’s unique and stylish.I get compliments on these every time I wear them. They broke in quickly and have already moved well into the stage where they're molding to my foot shape and acquiring a great looking patina.I did find that they ran a touch big. I returned my original order and went 1/2 size down from my usual. Love the way the new pair fits.They're not the cheapest shoes out there, but in return, you get comfort, style and durability. I'd definitely buy these again.

The color of this shoe is a bit lighter than advertised but still looks good and comfortable.

This is my husband's third pair of this style. Each pair lasts about 10 years and he wears them almost everyday. Super-comfortable out of the box. He always gets compliments!

The shoe is well made and very comfortable.

My feet are totally messed up but these Desert Treks fit perfectly after a break-in period. I’ve had foot surgery, a repaired Achilles’ tendon, two bunioneictomies @ a knee replacement.These shoes are basically standard leather forms that gradually conform to the shapes of each foot, with the heat generated by your feet permitting the leather to gradually but perfectly, accommodate the foot and it’s own characteristics.I’m wearing these to a California wedding and to the beach afterwards. Yea Clark’s!!

Several friends had them on during a business meeting. I was surprised and asked what happened to formal shoes. It turns out aging requires accommodation. These are supportive, supple and comfortable. I really like them and they are authentic.

I bought these shoes 11 months ago (January 2022). The only thing I was looking for is comfort and I found it in these shoes. I have been using them daily since I got them, almost retired my other 12 pairs (majority are Clarks also) . They still look great and feels even better. It's true that they are made of PU, instead of natural leather or suede, which disappointed me at first. However, if you won't figure that out without reading the tag. In addition, PU is much easier to clean and it repels water.I have been using the Clarks brand since 1981 and very satisfied. The only thing that upsets me is that I can't find the models I used to buy in my youth :)If a Clarks representative reads this post, advise where can we buy those 80's Clarks models.

These fit perfectly, and they look great! Recommended!
