Great For Your Immune Sytem.
We should all get all the vitamins we need from our diets. The trouble is far too many people and I include myself in this number do not have a good diet, as a result we are lacking in some essential vitamins which ensure good health.A lack of certain ones cause fatigue, dull skin and a general lack of zest. These vitamins and minerals really do support our immune systems. This tub of Science in Sport Multivitamin Capsules provide seven essential Vitamins & Minerals. They really do work and deliver the vitamins A, D, E, C, as well as Thiamin, Riboflavin and Niacin.A 60 tub works out at just under £6 so one a day means for less than a penny you can regain your zest and energy for a really cheap price. Now the makers say the tablets are easy to take. I'd agree but I had to break mine into half and take plenty of water to wash them down.No trouble really for the cheap price and wonderful benefits.Recommended.I wish you good health and thanks for reading.

Good brand, but small bitter capsules in a big container!
Science in Sport is a well known and trusted brand, so thought it would be good to try these out with less perceived risk than an unbranded one.First impressions given the size of the container would be that the capsules would be large, but they're actually quite small. Not sure why the container wasn't a lot smaller. When taking the capsules, they seem to be orange flavour, but more the bitter skin of the orange than the insides!I would suggest swallowing the capsules quickly with a bit of water to avoid tasting it.In terms of the health benefits, I've not noticed any adverse side effects, and can only assume they work.At £6 for 60 of these, I'd say they're reasonably good value.

Multis that are easy to swallow
These tabs are easy to swallow. To be honest I can't see the negative points some are making that these taste awful. I couldn't tell you how bad these. The same as I couldn't tell you what a paracetamol, or ibuprofen tastes like as they are in and down before you can even think about it.These contain what you would expect from a multi. Nothing in them is in excess, if you was just taking 1 supp, then it's probably going to be a multi.60 tabs per tub, and 1 per serving, so at least 1 tub last 2 months. None of that bait and switch here, where you get 60 tabs, but 2/3 tabs per serving. The tub is huge for the amount you get. At least the tubs and lid are both recyclable.

Bitter tablets with a rather average vitamin tablet
These are no-frills multivitamins in a way. They are paracetamol tablet-sized lumps, slightly orange in colour and vaguely orange in flavour but mostly just bitter lumps that taste of minerals with a metallic tang. They are unpleasant to chew and I’d recommend downing them either neat or with water so as to not taste them. Each tablet is scored down the middle, so that you can (just about) break them in half to make them easier to swallow without tasting. Flavour’s not the high point here.In terms of vitamin content, they are fine, but despite the pro sports branding, they don’t really stand out as having a larger or more varied set of doses of the regular multivitamins compared to an average everyday supermarket brand. 100% each of your vitamin A and D3, 75% of your vitamin C, it’s all fine and nicely balanced, but it doesn’t do anything that a regular (and nicer-tasting) multivitamin tablet won’t do. At least the dosage is 1 tablet per day so it really is 60 servings, unlike some tablets where the dosage is 2 per day and the pack lasts half as long as you initially think. The pot is a little larger than a regular multivitamin pot, with a beefier shape, which is absurd when you see how little of the inner space 60 capsules takes up. I appreciate that manufacturers want to appear larger to gain more attention on a supermarket shelf, but in this instance it’s ridiculous.I like other SIS (Science In Sport) products that feel more genuinely sports-centric and pro. These, however, are somewhat over-branded and very average multivitamin tablets.

Good Multivitamin with Laughable packaging
This is a perfectly standard multivitamin that ticks all the boxes as far getting your what you need in a day. The tablets are small enough to make them easy to swallow and the taste is fairly inoffensive although most people don’t make a habit out of savouring the taste of their vitamins. They are priced fairly at £5.99 for 2 months worth. The packaging is fairly ludicrous though as the tablets probably account for no more than 1/3 of the bottle. I assume this is to reduce production cost on making list of different sized bottles however it doesn’t send a particularly positive environmental message.Overall though it’s a good product from a known brand

Ridiculous oversized pot for the room the tablets take up!
I am disappointed by just how much wasted plastic there is with this size bottle the tablets only take up about 1/12 of the pot so making a pot this size is just ridiculous, why do companies feel the need to make their products look larger to justify the cost! Moan over as the tablets themselves are a nice easy size to take and only work out 10 pence per day, We have been using sports in science products for many years now being a sporty family who compete in competitive sailing and Badminton. Just so you can gauge the wasted space in the pot, this photo shows the whole content of the pot poured into the lid!!!

Wasteful packaging
This is a high quality packaging but it's incredibly wasteful on headspace - huge bottle for 60 tablets. The tablets themselves are bigger than your typical multivitamin and therefore a bit harder to swallow. They contain 7 vitamins more relevant to sport (higher levels of niacin) but are also lacking compared to a standard multivitamin at a higher cost.
