Cute and in our case very helpful
Bought this "angry pillow" for my teenage autistic son due to behaviors he's presently having. Trying to get him to hit this or scream into this when he gets really angry. Seems to be helping. I wish it was a little thicker but it does the job and the face is the most important with trying to help our son with emotions.
