Adorable
I saw some negative reviews on this tumbler and didn’t pay too much attention because the positive reviews I did notice was far more than the negative ones. I’m very happy with my purchase! Keeps my coffee hot for hours and the design is very cute! I have wash this in my dishwasher a few times and no chipped paint nor has the design faded! Will definitely purchase again (since my coworkers keep asking where I bought Sassquatch!

Cute cup, terrible top, not worth the price
Absolutely love the image on the cup. The wrap is fair quality and the cup itself is mediocre - love the image enough to look past all that. However, I can't look past the horrible lid. Doesn't seal, can't drink without liquids leaking/spilling out under the "seal". Very loose, ineffective for drinking seal. Sadly, very disappointed for $27.

Seal on lid doesn't hold up
I absolutely love this cup. But, the seal on the lid doesn't last. I got this as a Mother's day gift. I only started using it a week ago and already the lid leaks as I try to drink from the cup. If it weren't for that I'd have given a 5 star review. It's a big letdown.

Chipped
The concept is cute but the cup is very poor quality. I received it with chips and dents that will most definitely lead to more chipping over time. The lid doesn’t seal properly either. For the price I’m super bummed.

Cute cup, but broken lid
Purchased this as a gift for my sister. She loved the cup and it was in great shape. Unfortunately, the lid was broken upon delivery. This was disappointing to hear as I spent $30 on this cup. She didn't want to bother with an exchange (which I get, because it was a gift). I would do it myself, however, I don't live in the same state. So now she has a coffee cup with no lid. Not really helpful.
