This is a great product it really works well in my wheat free baking. I like using arrowroot because it's a higher quality starch than corn, or potato. I combine it with Teff flour in all my baked goods to help bind them together. Yum!

I don't know where to start. I first tried the smaller bag and I was hooked. When the larger bag came I was in love. The packaging was perfect the bag is very sturdy and resealable. The bag also stands up on its own. I recently changed my family's diet and I am no longer flour or cornstarch. I also for my health take a tablespoon a day. It helps with my digestion. I plan on trying to make deodorant with it. I am also planning on trying other products very soon.

I follow an autoimmune paleo diet and this flour is perfect for baking AIP friendly recipes. I was tired of constantly buying small bags of this type of flour and went for the big bag - perfect! Thank you!
