I love this product. It actually works! I have been diagnosed with a thyroid condition, hypothyroidism and been put on WP Thyroid and it really brought down my thyroid numbers, but with that said, its been hard to lose even one pound, until now. I started taking this on 6/28/17 and my belly has really gone down! 😊 I looked pregnant before. This is a godsend! I will stick with it. I take only one, three times a day, an hour before meals, along with, one Shape pill three times a day. The Shape helps a lot with hunger. I really DON'T want to eat, but force myself to. I do not feel hungry, nor do I get nauceous or get any jitters or headaches. I TRULY LOVE THIS Block! The belly bloat is the hardest part, but not now. Give it a try and you will see for yourself. And within a couple of days too. I only wish this was on an auto-ship as an option and free shipping because of auto-ship.

I tried this and actually gained weight. At first I thought it was working as I started a super strict diet of zero carbs for 3 days. When I got back on carbs slowly I noticed I gained nearly a pound every two days and that was eating moderately. I didn't feel appetite supression either.

Here is a brief summary of these pills:1. 60 pills come in the bottle, you are suppose to take 4 pills/day, so this is a 15 day supply.2. The pills seemed really big to me. They are gel coated, but still takes a lot of water to swallow.3. They suppressed my appetite, but didn't help me "burn fat" or loose any significant weight4. I got a note in my order that offered a free refill if I sent an email to them (I did not since these pills did not seem worth it). This might explain the higher reviews though.Overall: I will not order again since these really didn't work for me and they are a little pricey for what you get.

I've been using this for about a week and I've already noticed less belly bloat and don't crave the carbs and even sweets as I normally do so I'm not eating them. My appetite has lessened so I find myself thinking at dinner time, "oh, I should eat something" so I do, but my portion is less because I'm not really hungry. I don't suffer jitters or any symptoms like that, that diet pills often have. I'm very pleased with this product. While a free bottle is offered for a positive review, I want to be clear that I'm writing this because it is working great for me. If it didn't, I wouldn't write anything because why get more of something that isn't good! So, I am writing this, and I don't do many reviews, because I'm very pleased with this product and will continue to use it. I do recommend it!!

did not see any difference in weight. big disappointment. waste of money.

BLOCK is a combination of the best of all the natural weight loss products. I've tried several OTC supplements before with no sucess. BLOCK makes me full quicker (about 1/2 normal amount ) and not hunger as often (6-7 hours between meals). I also don't crave sweets. When I do eat them, they don't have the same attraction they used to...no binging anymore. I haven't done anything different other than started using BLOCK and am loosing weight after a looooong standstill (about 25#s to loose-so not a lot but enough). Most importantly, I haven't experienced any side effects.

I have just finished my first bottle and have seen already waistline results. I am getting "fuller" on smaller portions. My clothes are fitting me more comfortable and the best thing about this product is you will not get the "jitters". There are days when I would like to up the dosage but don't. I have not changed my diet at all. I am very happy with the results only a month into it.... It's worth the money!!!

I tried this product, It did nothing for me. When it comes in, there is a yellow paper around the bottle that tell you they will sent you a free bottle if you give them a 5 star review. I don't want another bottle, I would like my money back. I think a lot of the good reviews are for the free bottle.
