I used these to replace a 6mm bolt I had to drill out. Worked perfectly!

This bolt served it's purpose in attaching two thick sheet metal parts together. I could of actually used a shorter bolt but at the time this was the shortest offered here. So with that being said I didn't really use the thread cutting feature of this bolt. Aside from that this seems like a well made bolt and should I need more in the future I will be a returning customer.

Worked well after drilling a hole less than threaded bolt body. Required a decent amount of force to cut into the .25" material. Very happy . I used this to place a new ground wire for my RV batteries.

Everything was as described

Pre drilled holes in a camper frame. Then used these to mount stabilizer jacks. Was trying to start them with a ratchet at first. Wasn’t working well. Working upside down didn’t help. I put a 1/2 socket on my electric impact driver. These things all went in like wood screws! Since I had the holes all pre drilled. I decided to back out the first bolt re using it to cut threads for all the others. The threads it cut looked great. Plus the bolt held up like a tap cutting multiple times.

Install went smooth. bolts gave me no issue. we’ll see how they hold up to illinois road conditions. i recommend them. good price for a pack of 25.

They cut, they thread, they tighten down! I would buy again.

Work great as long as you drill the correct size pilot hole
