Fits nice and snug, quality materials, does what it's supposed to.

Bought two of these, both size small, for a couple of Henry rifles. One was used on a .44 Magnum Big Boy. The fit was almost perfect and it reduced the felt recoil of those Magnum loads quite nicely. The second was used on a .22 Magnum Golden Boy. Not to reduce felt recoil, of course, but to keep the rifle butt firmly in place on my shoulder. The polished metal butt straps on these Henrys tend to slip and slide on my shoulder at least and these pads keep the rifles firmly in place. The size small fit the butt stock of the Golden Boy nearly as well as it fit the Big Boy. The color of the fine leather perfectly matched the American Walnut stock. It works good, fits good and looks good, too. Can’t beat the price either. I’m happy with mine.

Well made though a little loose on the Henry still happy with this purchase.

Put it on my Winchester model 70 in .300 Weatherby Magnum, and it's made the recoil way better! I've used Kick-eez, Pachmyr, and Limbsaver recoil pads on my 12ga. shotguns. I've shot .45-70 without a pad and 00 buck shot in 3 1/2 inch magnum shells without a pad. I would easily put this pad on par with any of the other brands, as far as performance is concerned; I think the other pads would perform only equal to this. In the area of looks, this comes out far ahead and seems to be very well-made. All in all, I am very happy with this purchase!Two side notes to consider: 1. If you have a rear sling swivel stud, this may require you to remove it before slipping your pad on. 2. If your rifle's butt has a cheek rest shelf and is not simply smooth on both sides of the butt, the recoil pad will not fit perfectly either, but will have small gaps near the raised section of the stock. It will still work, but the fitment will be a little off. Hope this helps!

Bought this in a size Large for my Pedersoli 1886 Winchester in 45-70. Previously had bought a size Large Kick Killer to install, but found out it wasn’t big enough for the Velcro to fasten securely. Only overlapped a half inch or so. The Tourbon overlaps much more, although not as much in the factory picture. Didn’t want to buy this one at first because it is made in China, but in my opinion is a much better fitting and looking recoil pad than the Kick Killer. Didn’t give it 5 stars because of the China thing, plus I haven’t shot the rifle yet to see how well it reduces the recoil.

A necessity. This is an outstanding product and very reasonably priced.

This is a terrific product that looks more expensive than it is. It fit my vintage Marlin 336 as if it were custom made. I would definitely recommend it.

I saw this product used by a friend at the range and was impressed with the quality and the price.Most of these "limb saver" style butt covers are rubber and in my view a bit tacky, however the Tourbon cover is full leather construction on the outside with a rubber pad inside. Fit is very good, adjustable Velcro helps and the pad blends in well. The colour blends in with most stocks and works well on the recoil from P14 in 7.62x51 , would recommend to any shooter.

This is a well made product that works well in reducing felt recoil in shotguns and rifles. I have used it with a Franchi semi-auto 12 bore shotgun and with a Winchester P14 rifle in 7.62 NATO, and in both cases the recoil was reduced by about 50% (subjectively) I would recommend it as a simple way of taming a weapon with no butt recoil pad. In both cases I used the large size.

Purchased for use on no.5 Enfield. Got size large , which though fits , is a tad big. Not hugely so and with the Velcro strapped tight it holds well and doesn't move. Good amount of foam inside and increase length by around an inch. Seems well made and sits well In shoulder. Haven't had for long so can't rate longevity, however it seems built to last so have high hopes. Recommended ( though if they did a medium , that be perfect for a no.5)

This is a high quality item, really well made and very good value for money. It's slightly deeper than some stock extenders and I think it would be easy to add another layer of material internally to further extend the stock if required. Simple to fit and secure once in place,thanks to the velcro fastening. I'm very pleased with it.
