Tap is not leaking and colour of it remain as it is

It's defective and water is leaking from tap.Kindly change it.

Thos can says it can hold about 20 litres but in reality it holds 18 litres. The first time I filled it with water the tap leaked, I had to fix it myself which wasnt much of a job but still it should have been checked by the manufacturer. Other than that everything is okay, the build quality is very good, the water will stay cool for no less than 48 hrs (the lid must be kept closed at all times), the handle feels very good and it helps you lift the can without any trouble. In all its a very good product.

Well I like to use more frequently as I travel more... I bought it at 500/+ that's equal to a 400 ml insulated bottle... Here I get 10 liters

It's good quality finished product with good quantity of water storage capacity. However, it can't keep water cold for more than 2 or 3 hours (even with ice cube) once it's expised to sun.
