These fit perfectly into my shoes, no cutting or messing about, but when you first put your feet in after these are in it feels very tight in the shoe. I didn't like them at first and took them out but tried them again a few weeks later and found if you walk around in them for a bit your feet slowly sink into the foam and they are very comfy, it does take a good 5-10 minutes for this to happen but are worth it. This is a second pair I've bought as i like the ones in my other shoes so much.

So comfortable and replaced previous insoles to assist with plantar fasciitis.Only two 40 degree washes later however they have split and one has fallen apart - dumping the memory foam into the net bag in the washing machine.Great insoles if you don't want to wash regularly but I like to slip on my trainers without socks.

I fitted these insoles to a cheap lightweight pair of summer shoes as the originals disintegrated after only three weeks. As replacements these fit the bill very well. But the discription of "memory foam" only lasts untill about 15 minutes of wearing. if you have problems with arch support or other orthepedic needs i would consider something more dense and less "squidgy" although they do return to their original shape if left off for a while. Time will tell how long this lasts. Fit wise, they were a good snug fit within the shoe and the sizing was spot on so no worries with it moving around and are a good replacement for worn out insoles.

Good value for money

These are great value so I thought I’d give them a shot. I had recently bought some Skechers and their memory foam insoles were massively comfortable so I was looking for similar to go in my Merell walking shoes. I bought the size 11 for size 11 shoes and the fit is perfect. They are a little thicker, so my foot feels a tiny bit tighter in the shoe, but this is far outweighed by the increased comfort. Brilliant!
