Looks Great
I got this handle for a rental property and hoped it would work for a residential door as it was exactly what I was looking for. It does work for the residential door though my husband reports that it was a little harder to install than he anticipated. It probably would have been better to get a residential handle. However, the handle looks great and once installed, works perfectly.Overall, this is a sturdy handle that I expect will last a while and won't have to be replaced. It works well with a coded deadlock. It does come with keys but we will be using it without the keys with the coded lock.

Almost exact replacement for a Yale handle
Replaced a 11 year old Yale bathroom privacy lever handle that that didn't lock anymore in a commercial shower room. Almost an exact replacement except for the outside button release mechanism. Perfect fit and mechanically sound.

Design flaw
There was a design flaw with this lock. The locksmith was not able to install it correctly. The key is permanently stuck in it.

The toughest exterior passage set I have ever seen.
The moment I opened this I knew it was special. It weighs probably double what similar looking products weigh. The steel is thicker. It is just overall much heavier duty. It installs just like other locks of this type, and was a direct replacement for the existing lock on my front door. In operation it is smooth, with no wobble or play. I was very impressed by this lock.

My door isn't thick enough
I got this door handle to put on my bedroom door. I didn't realize that it was for a particular width of door. When my cousin attempted to install it, which he said was a simple process, that's when he noticed that my door was too thin. Ok, well back to the drawing board on finding a doorknob
