Received Hood 18 Dec 17. Due to the Holidays had to wait a bit to get it painted. It had some surface rust bubbling through the ecoat on the underside and had waves in the metal on the top side from the stamping process when it was made. The body shop charged me a couple hours of labor to fix these issues. That cost $150 extra above the $350 to paint the hood. Painting the hood for $350 sounded reasonable but now I had t pay $500 to paint it. I did have it painted and paid the extra amount. Price of doing business on line I thought... When I got the hood back they fixed the rust spot and the waviness in the top. It was beautiful. I went to put it on the jeep and had no issues with that. But the sides don't match the body lines at the rear of the hood, its to narrow. 3/4 on driver side and 1/2 in on passenger side See pics. Front portion is correct size but rear is too narrow. Trying to file a claim now.

Powder is not a finish coat
Within a year and half the hood rusted. At best a primer.
