The scale seems to do a great job of identifying the particulars of individual bodies, from weight to muscle, bone, and water mass. However, it definitely uses previous data to inform its measures since running, going to the washroom, etc. decreases weight proportionally rather than just in water mass (there's no way I lost 0._lbs of muscle through my bladder).This is only a minor critique, of course, since it can still tell two bodies of the same weight apart, and provides all sorts of information about what the various numbers mean for your health as compared to the ideal or the average; it is even nuanced about how different measures should be understood in context of diet and body type.I'm very pleased with the product and would recommend it to anyone.

Excellent App, that downloaded easily and was super simple to use. Make sure app is open when you stand on the scales and it will sync the data over.Love the fact the scales are usb rechargeable, easy to charge and hold charge for a long time!

This smart scale is pretty good value for money and comes with a nice app to track your progress. The app shows not just your weight but also BMI, Body Fat, Visceral Fat, Bone Mass, etc. I used to have the FitBit Aria and that was expensive, and didn't come with any useful app to measure the other health indicators. So if you are looking for a smart scale, I would recommend that you take a look at this.
