First time trying rosehip tablets and pleasantly surprised. I have been having trouble with back pain a lot since the birth of my son 3 years ago.Within a few days of starting these tablets , the pain subsided. I fell down the stairs and injured my big toe a month ago and it was taking so long to heal, but it seemed to heal overnight when I took these.Not sure if it's the anti-inflammatory effect, but they definitely work for me.Also noticing a sudden drastic improvement in my skin. It looks brighter, younger and a lot less dry.I likely had a fatty acid deficiency.Will definitely continue to buy.

I haven't had them long enough to see any pain relief but they are incredibly hard to swallow. If I had known this I would never have bought them. I choke on them every time. I may have to grind them up and take them in water or something.

I have used the whole pack and noticed no difference to pain levels. I have osteoarthritis and disc degeneration but did not really with anything.

I have been taking this supplement for 35 days along with a Turmeric supplement. I suffer from knee and joint pain.I can say that I have experienced a reduction in the pain and an improvement in mobility. I will continue to take the supplements and monitor any improvements.

Considering I have a garden hedge of giant rose hips, my Consultant advises patients who have Polymyalgia, as I have, to take rosehip extract, so here goes!
