Clipper Guards Set Fits for Most Wahl Clippers and Babyliss FX870, Clipper Guides Replacement - Guard Number: #1/2, #1 and #1 1/2 (Length: 1/16 inch, 1/8 inch and 3/16 inch)

They all fit my Wahl clippers and worked great. The 1/16 is just a slightly longer than the one that came with the Wahl set though. Not important to me, but see pictures below if important to you.

They arrived as advertised great price. They durable and they do fit Wahl clippers. Would have given them 5 stars but they are a little snug and the teeth don't exactly line up with the Wahl combs . Otherwise they work well.

We've owned a Conair trimmer set, model HCT242WR, for several years. It's the large red one - I think maybe Conair Man was the name of it possibly(?) but don't exactly know for sure. Anyhow, over time, our various cutting guards got either lost or broken and we'd just been suffering with the sharp/jagged ones we had left and trying not to get scratched every time we used them. I finally decided enough was enough, but the trimmer itself was still going strong, so I didn't want to junk it. I tried looking for Conair-specific replacement guards, but couldn't find much of anything. I also knew we didn't need a full set - I was originally just trying to find a #1 guard (especially since it seemed to be kind of a gamble whether or not the replacement ones would actually even fit my trimmer). So I was pretty excited to find this set with not just one, but three, of the shorter size guards (the length we predominately use) and that it was similarly priced to what it would cost to buy just one guard! I read through the reviews and the Q&A and based on information provided by the seller, determined that they would (hopefully) more than likely fit the size of our blade. They state that your blade width should be between 45-46mm. So I measured mine to double check, and it was!...Placed the order and when they arrived, I put them on, and voila - they work like a charm. They fit nicely, and snap on and off with ease. They provide a great, precise cut and do everything they're supposed to do. I also love that they come in half sizes (our original set only had full increments i.e. #1, #2, etc.). The different coloration makes it very easy to grab the correct one you need. Contrary to some of the other reviews, I don't find they're flimsy or fragile in any way. They're probably not quite as 'robust' as the original ones that came with our trimmer, but if you use them correctly and keep them properly stored when they're not being used, then I don't see any issue with these lasting you many, many years. To clarify - our original broken guards I think got that way due to likely being stepped on or having something heavy dropped on them, etc. These will break too if put under that type of abuse. Otherwise, no, they shouldn't break or snap under normal conditions.

These fit my Wahl clippers really well! I like the half sizes when I'm fading my own hair because it makes the transition a lot easier. Also does a lot better when cutting other people's hair with the included half sizes.

Waste of money, do yourself a favor and stay away from this, the fit is very tight on the Wahl 5 star magic clippers, the 1 1/2 guard teeth’s shakes because it gets on top of the clipper blades

I bought this set to replace a broken OEM guard on my standard Wahl clippers. The sizes looked right, and the listing claimed they'd be compatible, but that wasn’t my experience. These guards are made of a lightweight plastic with no metal reinforcements, and the teeth flex way too easily. More importantly, they don’t quite fit my clippers. They seem just a little too narrow, and they pop off as soon as I start cutting. I gave it three stars because maybe they fit another model better, but they definitely don’t lock onto my standard Wahl clippers securely enough to use.

These worked great. Stronger material than the OEM.
