Value for money
A year now and it's sturdy. After a year if use, the zip holder came off which is normal. Wheels are awesome. Fits a lot. The handle is also easy to operate. The name tag came off at the first flight check in, which is normal i guess, if u check in luggage

Pathetic product and very bad return/refund policy.
Pathetic product. No quality check performed. Even the lock of the bag is faulty and was misplaced from its position. I asked for a replacement. They took almost a week to process replacement. And on the last day they said, replacement is not possible. Now they are preparing for a refund. I have yet not get the refund yet. They need 10 more days to process the refund. Save your time, save your money. Go for any other brand. #NasherMiles, I had a very bad experience in the overall purchase. Please look into it. These kind of incidents damages brand reputation. Atleast I will never buy a NasherMiles product in future.

It looks classy and has wonderful finish. The cloth material inside is very soft with ample space. Purchased my first trolley from Nasher Miles and i am very happy with the purchase. 😊
