Arak and Mezze: The Taste of Lebanon

What a great tour of the Lebanese people, food and drink! First of all I am most impressed with the pictures. Best that I have seen in any cook book about Lebanon. Secondly, the wonderful pictures of the people and the scenic areas of Lebanon made me feel like I was back there visiting my cousins once again. I was amused at the wonderful coverage of the art of making Arak. Our Mezze wouldn't be special with out that wonderful liquor. This book is one of the best values ever when it comes to getting the essence of the food, the culture and the beauty of Lebanon. To Michael and Norbert, the authors: Thank you so much!Sam George
