Breville BOV800PC13 13-Inch Pizza Crisper for use with the BOV800XL Smart Oven

I have been buying the same frozen pizza for years and years. Red Baron. I just love the flavor and they always happen to be on sale somewhere.This pan does the best job. Beyond my expectations. I have learned over time I like to thaw the pizza first and then pop it in preheated 475 oven on hot pizza pan and cook about 8 minutes. The difference with this pan is worth the price. The crust rises up crispy and tender like never before. Even the ingredients have stronger developed flavors. Delicious.So happy.

This pan is brilliant. It really does work, leaves the pizza crust crunchy and not soggy like if it was baked on a regular pan. I was a skeptic but now a convert. Also fairly easy to clean. I've been preheating my oven with the pan inside, then build the pizza on a hot pan. Works great and would totally recommend.

This pan works great for baking pizza. Single serve or the size it is made for. The crust cooks evenly with the holes on the underside.

One of my best investments - incredible, crispy thin crust pizzas, Once baked they slip over the rim withno sticking whatsoever and the finish is so clean, it barely needs a wipe.Healthier pizzas at a fraction of delivery price.

Very satisfied with the crisper...works great with my Breville Smart Oven Pro... Probably would never buy it again as it is great quality and should last a long time!
