Great Bible study

I've really enjoyed this Bible study this month. It's just right: convicting for the "here and now" that we're living.There isn't an abundance of daily homework, but perfect for mature and newer believers. I love how the study has perspectives from different contributing authors. Highly recommend!

This advent book covers so much information. Great to do alone or with a group. I highly Recommend because it is so informative. I learned a lot

This book is a compilation of various authors' Bible study excerpts as they applied to hope. The choices have targeted scripture choice and questioning which center consistently on the theme of hope. the concepts are true and valuable. But I believe alittle bit of careful editing would have made each day's requirement more doable, considering the demands of the season for which it was designed. If you have the time to carefully do all of the reading and responding during the days leading up to Christmas, then this book is for you. I will do my best to keep up, but will probably address what questions I can per day this year and finish it next year. I give my self the freedom to know I did my best for each day. anne Dunning

Excellent study- digs deep into the Word and makes you think deeper about the stories you may have just skimmed over in the Bible

Great study

This book was given to us at a Pastor's Wife retreat in Nov. I have enoyed reading this and seeing Jesus as our Living Hope. I really loved this quote: “hope is more than an expectation. Hope is a trust – a trust in God, whose character won’t disappoint us if we’ll keep traversing this life hand in hand with Him" from page 12. If you're looking for encournagement over Advent, give this book a read.

As an older Christian I didn't feel like I got much out of this.
