I bought these to dave money then buying them from our Smoothie King. These arrived with one box fine the other broke open. Which is fine since it is for home use only. These sticks were much dryer than the ones I buy from SK. Disappointed how dry they are. The taste seems to be fine but since the texture is so dry I can't honestly say the flavor is as good, since flavor and texture go hand in hand. Since it is a pain to return food items I did not contact seller.

I absolutely love this stuff! It has the lowest sodium of any jerkee I have ever found. A couple carbs, loads of protein, and 60 calories. I bought it a couple of times of Amazon, but when every website seem to be out of stock this spring, I contacted the company directly and bought a case. I will never buy it any other way. The company is super nice to work with and I pay less than $1.00 a piece and that includes shipping. I can mix and match flavors and types. I never had any mold, packaging issues or stale jerkee.This is a must have snack for low carb diets, or just people that need to add some protein on the go. And I've carted these sticks in my suitcase all over the world (literally....last place was in Thailand for three weeks) and never once did I have any issues with the packaging. Boy, did this stuff come in handy there. My husband even enjoys it.

I love basically all meat. I was very hopeful but these honestly taste digesting.

Got to say when I bought these I was worried about the ostrich, not going to lie. When they arrived however they tasted great, on top of that they're low in fat and great for protein. This is the exact reason I bought them because I'm trying to lose the last few pounds while gaining muscle. The thing is though that I still think Jack Links tastes better. Jack Links Slim Jims are high in fat however but on the other side there jerky is low in fat and on top of that around 20g of protein per pack. I gave this product a 5/5 because it was so low in calories and still tasted good but I will say when I finish off with this last bit of body fat then Ill probably switch over to Jack Links because the higher amount of protein. Still great product because it's healthier, 5/5 stars.

As I become more aware of the nutritional values in foods, I try to find a good balance between taste and nutrition. Ostrim has done it with this product. I love regular beef jerky, but wanted a lower fat/sodium snack. At 60 calories per pack with 1.5 grams of fat and only 290 grams of sodium, I found the nutrition I wanted in my jerky. The taste actually exceeded my expectations, yes it is lower in sugar and sodium, but it still has a good meaty flavor and is much like a lean cut of meat. The pepper flavor is light, but compliments the meat instead of overpowering it. I have now been eating this jerky for over a year and still think it is a good "healthy" snack for when I have to have some jerky.

These are delicious and the pepper ones may be just as spicy and hot as the habanero kind they make, these taste differently than the habanero. These fill you up and are relatively low in calories and high in protein. I have a diet where I eat 4O - 50 % of protein each and every day and this really helps. I have several different flavors of OSTRIM so l never get sick of them and l usually eat 1 - 2 each/every day. I wish these and the other flavors were cheaper in cost.
