Smaller than expected
The chaise is not a true steamer in that it's more narrow and short than the steamer cushion I ordered. Also, somebody at the factory thought it would be cool to scratch their initials on it. Other than that, it looks good and feels sturdy. I hope it'll be fine.

These chairs are beautifully designed, light and totally affordable. Any bad reviews on these baffle me.

Broken!
We have had these chairs on our deck for less than a week and the seat support has cracked on the right side support. My wife and I both weigh under 160 pounds. I need a refund.

Nicely made, needs cushions...
These are nicely made chairs which should stand up to many years of usage if cared for. Oiling the wood periodically is suggested and I have done that. I also took the extra step of buying screw-on furniture glides and attaching them to the legs of both the chair and ottoman to avoid splintering the wood when the chairs get dragged over the concrete patio.Some find these chairs uncomfortable, but I think that is because they are wood and not a fabric mesh like most patio furniture. I remedied the comfort issue by buying cushions. I also have purchased covers and keep the chairs covered and under a porch when not in use.

Not long enough for a 5'10" woman
I'm 5'10 and my feet hang off the bottom. Not very comfortable. Possibly if I can find a stiff cushion it might be OK

Good furor the price
Good for the money but the design makes it difficult to get out of the chair. Could be potentially dangerous.

DEFECT IN DESIGN...2- purchased 2-broke dropped us on the floor while sitting in it
Beautiful chairs but I had to have cushions made for them smaller than a standard size but oh well not to big of a deal. Then we had only had them few weeks and the first one broke while I was sitting in it & I fell straight to the ground and both legs to front of seat broke. But they did send a replacement so that was good. Then just two day ago the second one broken in exactly the same spot. apparently they have to much pressure in the wrong spot, and it hasn't been not quite 3 years! So if you want to pay for something that may or may not last up to 3 years my advise would be to look elsewhere.😡
