Functional but loose tolerance pulley
The good: the inner race of the bearing sits proud of the wheel, so it can be bolted tightly in its support bracket and spin freely. For this reason “The Bad” doesn’t matter that much that the bolt provided is under sized and all thread. However I did discard that bolt and bought 1/4” bolts with unthreaded shoulder through the bearing. To use this I also had to drill out the support bracket to 1/4”. I used 2 pairs of these bearings in a block and tackle arrangement and the inner races clamp up nicely together and pulleys turn freely. The other “bad” is the loose tolerance within the pulley itself with the ball bearings. Unloaded it feels a bit loose, however under load it turns smoothly without any wobble.

Worked great
For my custom e-brake.

Sloppy design
The bearing in the pulley hub is a nice feature. But the screw they provide (i.e. the axle for the bearing) is a loose, sloppy fit to the bearing's inner race. Not well designed. Probably adequate for something light duty. like a clothesline.

Is not shep but looks well done
For that price they will need to include at least some bolts.

Useless without the bolt and nut
It was delivered incomplete without a bolt and nut
