Absolutely LOVE this mat and neck support! I set aside time every night lay down and let the pains of the day fade away within minutes! Highly recommend this to anyone with back pain and the neck support allows you to completely relax, as well.

I only wanted the mat and that’s the best part of this package. The rest of the package seems super cheap and isn’t useful for me. After a hard workout I’ll use the mat on sore areas and I can feel my muscles relax. I swear I sleep deeper after it’s use. The eye mask may be useful in the future, but you haven’t found a need for it yet. The ear plugs are super cheap looking. I’ve tried the neck brace a few times and it does absolutely nothing. It cheaply made and slides on the floor.

I am addicted to this matt. So much so I would love an even bigger one. This really helps me with burning pain and scar tissue. Do have any other items similar. I would like one for shoulder issues.

Extremely comfy and really relaxing. The neck cradle really helps to stretch and relax with my bulging and herniated discs
