Perfect Fit
With my wife's and my bad knees this is a great assist for our four stairs to our 5th wheel. Very easy to install. Just make sure if you have a Jen 1 or 2. Mine was missing a washer however it does us standard 1/4 in bolts and washers. I had one in my toolbox. Also make sure there is enough room that the stairs will stow with the slides closed. With no torque settings, I just snugged it up and so far, it has yet to loosen.

Perfect fit!!
Nothing better than buying something online and receiving it finding out a perfect fit and took less than ten minutes to install!!I hope sometime in the near future they make a hand grip you can put on it too!! Hint, hint.FYI their customer service is great too!!

First installed handrail found out handrail was hitting the wall inside the camper when folded up. Talked to factory rep nothing they could do. So I drilled new holes about three inches up and cut the bottom off the handrail to make this fit right. Now the hand rail is about an inch away from the wall when the steps are up. Handrail works just fine now can't tell the difference in height

Great product
Works exactly as they stated in the add. Very satisfied. One thing I would like to stay, it could be made a little sturdier. It wiggles a bit even when tightened down all the way.

Better make sure you want it or it’s going to cost you big time to return it.
Shipping was fast and arrived on the expected date. No documentation in the box however install was easy. Solid mount and sturdy but it really narrowed the width of the steps for both entry and exit which made it uncomfortable to use. So when we requested a return we were charges almost 50% of the purchase price to return. So you better make sure you want it. Very disappointed with this seller. I’m done with them.

Great assist for your stairs
I found this to be a great asset to getting in and out of our 5th wheel. I had to do some adaptation during install because MORryde designed the handle for right-hinged doors. That said, installation went smoothly.
