the product itself is very good..the detail is in the type of screws that comes with the product..but being able to find the right screws.. and have a little knowledge of what we wants to do with this product..it will work great ..

The product comes with screws that cannot be used, and the nuts are not compatible and it comes with the part to hold the damaged camera, so much waiting to have this

I don't know what the designers of this mount were thinking. The mounting screws provided to mount the camera to the mount were very, very small. You need at least 3/8" And even then the plastic "slotted plastic circle" provided to attach the camera too , well the holes didn't match with the camera. Had to run to Home Depot to buy proper screws. And once you've fastened the camera to the mounting bracket, forget about using the locking screw to tighten the thing as the three mounting screws took care of that. Therefore in order to adjust the camera's angles etc... you need to loosen those three mounting screws, make sure you've positioned the camera at the right spot you want it then try to tighten the three mounting screws back never mind the locking screws cuz the camera is already tight. You essentially need two people to help mount the unit attached to the mounting bracket. Having a choice of colour would have been nice. I installed mine against red brick therefore the white stands out like a sore thumb.
