I liked this massager except I'm 5 ft 5 and I was a little short for the neck massage. It squished my head.

The product does a great job with the moving parts and the heat. It's got a very strong push on your back, and that's unique in something like this. I was skeptical of the air bag bits, but those actually aren't bad either. The vibrations are good, not great. The heat is really nice. With all the parts together, you should notice an improvement in your back and neck.However, the straps used to attach the massager to an office chair are cheaply made and cheaply sewn to the massager, so they broke very quickly.I did buy some alternative straps to clip onto it and strap it on the chair, but the product was a bit of an investment to have to fix it within the first two weeks.

The vibration mode is a little loud. I am a transportation driver and spend many hours in the car and this chair is life-changing increases circulation. Love it

My husband ordered this massager cushion and it arrived in good condition two last days later. The package comes with two adapters (home and car adapter), it could be used at home and car！We placed in our office chair, and found it fits the chair very well. This massager pad is with a handle controller, via pressing the button on it, we could find the best air compression intensity and massager areas like ！The optional heating and vibration on the two sides are nice！Really pain great relief massager, I feel getting a noticeable relaxation after using it! My husband took it on our car seat and tried it on the way to the company, It works great to relieve the stress and pain after a long trip. By the way, the timer for 20 minutes is helpful and safe! what makes us surprise is that the company mail us to note that this back massager comes with a 2-year warranty which was easy to activate, just contact them! We feel so secure to make this purchase and believe that this was the best investment this year! Overall, great experience!

Really impressive massage. Basically it's all the same stuff you'd find in a 2-4 thousand dollar massage chair without the chair. Fits great on a office style chair. This thing really has alot of air power to give your neck back and hips a good work over and the vibration and heat are fantastic too. A run or 2 in it and it can put you to sleep. Downside is it isn't something you want to sit on long-term when not using as a massage just because it gets hot and ultimately uncomfortable for long term sitting. However it is easy to remove or just use it on a dedicated chair just for massage. Looks great. Nice remote. Not too loud. Has enough power to push and squeeze on the back and neck to pop things back into place.
