I haven’t had these installed long nor have I used yet in a heavy rain, but so far so good! When parked on a slight downward slip, these channel water up and away towards the front windshield and when rear of Jeep is on a slight downward slope it allows water to channel back away from entering the driver and passenger side door when opened. Bonding agent is a little messy so have a game plan a head of install. No directions but to me it was self explanatory. Only dislike is the coding for the left and right sides. The manufacturer coding or part numbers are on the sides and should beUnderneath the part. This way it would give a cleaner look. Over all, so good so far!

As a few have said it does slow the flow of the water, but not stop it.

Worked well, but make sure you use the adhesive or silicone sealant. It arrived while I was home at lunch, and just in time for the rain that was coming in. Opened up the box and slipped it on, and it snapped right on too. Well, I had forgotten to remove it when I came home from work, and the next morning when I headed off to work, I remembered, and when I check for it...it was gone. Whoops. The only negative I have for this item is that there are numbers on the facing side of the product, doesn't make for a clean look.

Don’t keep the rain water from pouring in

I put these on with the included sealant. However, as I began using it, I found there was always an annoying drip. Evidently I didn't seal it completely. So I bought some black sealant and used a Q tip to get it into all the little spots along the front and next to the drip ledge. No more drip. If it's pouring down rain you'll probably still get some overflow water from the channel when you open the door, but if you're getting out in a pouring down rain chances are your getting rain on you, too.Seal it well and I should work fine.

The media could not be loaded.  A little frustrating having rain water come in to the floor when you open your door. This works awesome and stops the waters from coming in! Highly recommended!

Hopes that this would work were crushed after the first rain. Water still gets in when you open the doors. Save your money.

Easy to install. I have used some black silicone to glue it to the through.
