Just the Motivation I needed to Start Fasting
I have been thinking about intermittent fasting for a while and this book gave me the information I needed to motivate me to get started. The author is clear, informative and provides great information about the benefits for woman in my age group or anyone who is thinking about trying this. I am really happy to have this to refer to in my process. Great read!

This book is awful!
This book seems like it was translated from a different language, and done very poorly. There are many typos and words put together that make no sense. I have included two photos of pages from this book, read them and see what you think! This book offers no credible information. I’m returning it ASAP, and would NOT recommend it at all!!

Excellent resource when it comes to intermittent fasting
As someone who has dabbled in intermittent fasting, I found this book to be a credible and informative source of information for anyone interested in trying this method. Contrary to popular belief, intermittent fasting isn't about starving yourself or simply trying to lose weight. As the book explains, intermittent fasting is a great way to jumpstart your metabolism, detox your body, and give you an uptick in energy. It may be tough to do initially, but intermittent fasting proves to be worth it in the long run. You'll feel refreshed, rejuvenated, and reinvigorated.I understand that making the jump to intermittent fasting can be a bit intimidating. This book did a wonderful job of breaking down the ins and outs of intermittent fasting in simple, yet effective terminology. It really explains the benefits for a woman, especially over the age of 40 when the metabolism naturally starts to slow down. This book will equip you with the proper knowledge and tools to make the most out of your intermittent fasting journey.

Easy to read and understand
I’m a 40+ yr old woman, and intermittent fasting is something that has interested me. I enjoyed this book. It was easy to read and I understood what was being relayed - unlike some books and websites I’ve read on the subject. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because it don’t know anything about the author. Who is Amanda Clark and what qualifies her to write on this topic? It’s a good book for anyone starting this journey, but I would have liked the author to include a brief bio of herself.

Information I Really Needed
I have struggled with my weight since turning 40 and have tried numerous diets and plans with no long term luck. I've heard about Intermittent Fasting but didn't know exactly how to do it. Now I do. This book does an excellent job at laying out the science behind Intermittent Fasting, and why it should be a way of life for some people. I like the specific instructions on how to do it, as well as the pages and pages of recipes that allow you to incorporate Keto into your fasting. I'm giving this a shot, and I am confident it will change things for the better.

Too simplistic
I tried to read this book but it’s written for 3rd graders practically. The type is huge, plus there are multiple typos. I personally can’t finish it and thus do not recommend wasting your $10.99 like I did. After reading The Obesity Code that is very advanced and informative, reading this next was a huge disappointment.

Do Not Buy!
While this book starts off well, it transforms into a complete mess of data and irregular train of thought. Spelling mistakes, paragraphs in the wrong section, grammatical errors, and overall waste of money. Try Google instead.

Straight to the point, comprehensive and useful
This book is great in that it summarises all the facts about intermittent fasting and makes it relevant to women over 40. Everyone is different and different ways of eating/living will work differently for different individuals, but women over 40 have particular requirements and things to be wary of. If you're curious about intermittent fasting or contemplated trying it, read this before you start.

I could barely read it
This book is so poorly written or possibly a poor edit from another language. It has terrible punctuation and flow. The book is also very repetitive and out of context in areas.

A must-read for anybody who wants to age well and be happy. Everybody should find the IF that will work for them.

Terribly written. Avoid
This book has so many mistakes, there are sentences that make no sense. Words that are not in the English dictionary. Grammar and punctuation is terrible.I'm returning as can't read anymore. See photo, apparently we have a build up of slags in our digestive system!
