Broke on first ride
We bought this go kart and the tire rim broke the first time our kids drove it. They do not include a customer service number, email, or website for returns or parts so we could not get a hold of someone to fix the defect in there product. I think it would be well worth it to spend more on a better go kart with a customer service dept. I would also like to add that it is very small. Would comfortably seat a 5-6 yr old not a 12 yr old like the Manuel suggests. Would not recommend this product, and will not purchase any other products made and sold by this company.

It broke down the first week after purchase. I should got an electric scooter instead.

It's very durable over all Love it
My Grandson rode 1 time Christmas Day right front tire worn it seems like the frame bent. The tire don't seems to be all the way on the ground. Other than that it's a child's dream l guess I'll just have to order tires because he loves it.

Product advertised is the Electric Go Bowen Go Kart, not the Gas one as it states in the title.
It's a good go kart, I had it delivered from a different website that sells primarily go karts and other power sport vehicles. When I did get it was easy to put together, as almost everything had already been assembled; however, the chain would repeatedly fall off and had to be tightened, and the "gas" pedal had to be replaced because it stopped functioning correctly. The final most impactful flaw of this go kart is the turning mechanics. When you're turning either left or right- no one way is more impactful than the other -it has a less effective turn than it would have if you didn't have your foot on the pedal. In other terms, it's a lot more difficult to make sharp turns when your foot is actively being pressed down on the pedal. Regardless, it's very fun to drive and I'd recommend this go kart if you're able to ride it out, away from traffic and neighbors that might not enjoy hearing an electric go kart zooming past their house.

They are rude and lie
They will not refund a Grandma who has not even put gas in it because it was way too small for my grandsons! All because I didn’t have original box? It was a box that was pieced together once we saw the size we have beg for a refund, also I on a fixed income am stuck with it, and if I had the box I would have to pay shipping which is half the price I paid for the go cart?

Piece of junk
After only driving it for two hours. There was a big noise in the clutch and then it shuts off. Then when we got the go cart the choke was on backwards. Not worth the money
