I started having trouble seeing distance while driving. I complained to my eye doctor, and long story short, ended up at a low vision specialist. She recommended these glasses to me for driving. She said they were better than buying a pair of prescription sunglasses, and was she ever right. These things are fantastic.These glasses cut down on the glare and allow me to see very clearly when I drive. Even when I just go outside, they are better than my transition lenses. My eyes don't dry out as much, and I am much more comfortable.It was a very pleasant surprise that they came with their own nifty heavy-duty case and cleaning cloth. They also came with a cord that allows you to hang them around your neck.All-in-all, these glasses are worth the higher price. If you are on the fence, go for it.

These glasses are very well made and are polarized to protect the eyes 100% from UV light. Many sunglasses do not do this. My eyes are very sensitive to the light and these glasses have been perfect. I got the yellow lenses because they are perfect for day and also when it begins to get darker outside. The attachable strap allows me to take them off inside without worrying about loosing them. A little pricey for sunglasses but well worth the money.

I am a road cyclist with high prescription eyeglasses, so the cycling sunglasses like the Smith prescription ones did not come in my strength. My regular prescription sunglasses were too small in the front, and did not have sides, so on downhill runs my eyes would tear and sand and junk would always get in my eyes. I bought two pair of the Fitovers - one Trilenium Gold for cloudy days, one PDX Grey for sunny days, and they are perfect. A great and affordable solution. Clear optics, great fit (the Aviator is the biggest one and it goes over my glasses easily).

Product was delivered on time and, upon arrival, was as expected. I use them over my computer glasses to limit the amount of blue light coming into my eyes instead of trying to put a filter over the screen to do the same thing. They work wonderfully in terms of brightness and being able to work with the computer, although I have noticed that my luck has changed on Poker Stars. As to their long term impact on blue light and the developing of Adult Macular Degeneration, only time will tell.

My husband and I had cataract surgery and even the glasses the hospital gave us for sun did not compare to these. We use them all the time. they are the only ones that fit over my husband's regular glasses.
