Exactly what my son wanted
I searched everywhere looking for a bag stand with a pullup bar for my son. Found what he wanted on Amazon. My teenage son assembled it almost by himself. It was rather difficult to align a couple of bolts, but he was able to complete the assembly in about 30 minutes. He uses it with a 100lb bag (Everlast Vintage bag - approx. 4' tall without straps), not a MMA bag. It has an adjustable height cable which he doesn't use since his bag is taller (The bottom cable hook is for punches and the middle hook lowers the bag for kicks/knees). The stand is rather tall once assembled. We have 8' ceilings and there is approximately 10.75" clearance from the pullup bar to the ceiling. My son is 6' tall and he is able to utilize the pullup bar without any problems. He isn't using any bands or weight to stablize the bag or stand at this time. The stand has brackets on the base to tether the bag, and weights can be added to the push up bars. The bag does need a tether, but the stand is sturdy and doesn't require weights for now.The packaging wasn't great. There were several parts clanking around in the box, but everything was there and nothing was damaged, therefore we give it 5 stars.

Needs weights plus the bar is different
The setup was easy. When it came the packaging was damaged which scratched some of the paint but that is truly minor. As for the product, any hard and heavy kicks or punches will tip the stand. I've knocked it pretty good and a few times it tilted on its side. If it wasn't for the wall, it would have fell over.I wish there was some kiND of cushioning around the pin that locks the pulley in position because it makes a lot of noise when punching the bag. The pull up bar with the red handles weren't clear on the install so I didn't bother pouring those on and instead put the straight bar instead. Instructions were lacking on putting on the red pull up handles.

Like others have said it does what it's supposed to
So I bought this as part of Amazon's Cyber Monday sale, at $89.99, which was a pretty good value. In my opinion this is definately a good or even above average stand. It has some neat features such as the ability to adjust the height of the bag to 3 pre set levels (or possibly 2, I'll describe this more later...), the pullup bar and pushup handles and also the rubber/plastic caps on the feet so it has a little traction and doesn't scuff up walls quite as much. The construction is metal tubing so it's not too heavy, which is a plus while setting up, but thats's about where my compliments end. From here on I'm mostly going to be pretty negative, so please bare with me for a few moments. My biggest issue with this product is in the construction/set up of it. To be blunt, putting it together was a pain in the (fill in with your favorite synonym for butt), your experience may vary, but the pieces I got were not aligned properly so holes did not match up, some were not big enough and some of the threading on screws was covered with little bubbles which made them unuseable. Everlast however was responsive and was able to send replacement parts for most of the issues I was having free of charge, so there's that at least. Puttin this together took about 2.5 hours, a set of wratcheting socket wrenches, a hammer and a good bit of my patience. If you are reading this before you put it together, please do yourself a favor and do not even attempt to use the tool they include (except the allen wrench, which is unavoidable...) you will double the amount of time you are spending. I had to use a hammer to align the rounded support legs tot he main verticle post and feet because as it was orignially sent, the holes on the feet and supports were about 4 inches off, so I sat there pounding the supports to get them aligned properly. Also, while I mentioned the pullup bar and pushup handles as a positive earlier, I didn't bother to install them, the pull up bar will not work in my basement (ceiling is too low) and I've never been a fan of pushup bars. Also as someone has pointed out the locaiton of the weigt peg on the rear leg (behind the main post) is positioned poorly, but I suppose somoene thought that was a space saving measure. Lastly as I mentioned before there are "3" pre set levels for your bag, a high setting which has the bag around eye level for me (I'm 6' 2") for punching, the middle is about waist/leg level for your low kicks and the 3rd is on the ground for ground and pound or situps. I don't know if I can really consider that last setting something separate, but I guess if you really like that and don't want to just unhook your bag it's a nice option. My last issue is the same issue I have with all heavy bag holders, in that it limits your ability to strike from different angles, and this is no different, even more so when the pushup bars are on, but you can't really circle around and work on your movement too much without stepping on something or hitting something you didn't intend to.So to sum this all up, as I said at the begining, for it's intended purpose of holding a heavy bag while you strike it, it does it's job, but it's bells and whistles don't really work for me (your enjoyment may vary...) and was has some defects in workmanship that make setup painful, but once that's done you don't have to do it again. It's not the best i've seen or used, but not the worst either.

UPDATE: Don't buy - Needs a redesign
UPDATE:After periodic use this past 10 months, one of the welds at the top of the stand, which holds the heavybag in place and guides the pulley system broke today when I was using the bag. Come to find out, Everlast only warranties their products for 120 days, so I am SOL. I would give 0 stars if I could. DON'T BUY!I received this as a Christmas present. The stand is tall. I have it in my garage, but it is so tall that I can't keep it under the garage door as the garage door will hit it when the door is lifted up. I have to store it beyond the garage door, inconvenient for me, but nothing worth taking any stars off for. Assembly was fairly straight forward until trying to figure out the connector at the top. The unit is shipped with the cable being mounted not in the right configuration. There are no proper instructions on how it is suppose to be mounted correctly, so it took me quite a while and a lot of research to figure out how it is actually suppose to be mounted to function correctly. Frustrating to say the least.I use a 100 lbs. Everlast Heavy Bag on this stand and I must say, that despite the height of the unit, the bag still does not sit high enough for me. It should be plenty high, but with the chains from the heavy bag it is way too low. I had to modify the chains to get the bag higher where it is functional, I'm only 6 feet tall. The other problem is support. I have Olympic weights and the weight holders on this stand are standard sized. This means every time I hit the bag, the weights holding the base slide around and can cause the momentum to shift the stand, possibly topple it. I also have to put a lot of weight on it to hold it in place with the 100 lbs. bag. 90 lbs. on each front leg and since the spacing for the weight holder in the back is not very wide, I can only use 25 lbs weights in the back for a total of 100 lbs back there. This is barely sufficient weight to hold it in place.
